Great question, and you're not alone. Most of my clients come to me after trying diets, tracking apps, or restrictive programs that didn’t stick.

I guide you every step of the way so that we hit your goal together. Weight loss is very personal and emotional and an empathetic coach like me with delicately push you through those plateaus and times when the scale won't budge.
2. Do I have to do yoga or meditation to work with you?
Not at all!
Yoga and breathwork are available as bonus tools to support stress relief, body awareness, and nervous system regulation—but you are in charge. If you’d rather focus on food and mindset only, we’ll customize it your way.
Exercise is part of weight loss, maintenance and overall health. I always recommend finding the cardio activity that you enjoy so you will stick with it after our sessions end.
3. What if I don’t have time?
Then you’re in the right place.
This program is designed for busy women(moms, business owners, professionals) who need simple, doable shifts that fit into their real life. Check in calls calls are just once a week, and I help you create sustainable routines that actually save you time and energy in the long run. And we can chat or text in between sessions for quick bursts of support. I'm literally in your pocket the whole time you work on your weight loss goal, cheering you on and keeping you accountable.
4. How much does it cost to invest in your coaching?
My 12 week coaching program is available for as little as $250 a month.
This is about investing in your health and with the right support, you will receive a return on your investment.
This includes weekly zoom check ins, daily support via text or voice note, 2 yoga classes or workout sessions with recordings, access to my on demand video library, pantry + grocery help, and 2 free post-program maintenance check-ins. You also have the option to continue with monthly maintenance sessions after your program ends.
If you're ready for more time and support, I also offer 6-month and 12-month options.
5. What happens after the program ends?
You’ll receive two free 30-minute check-in sessions to help you transition, and then you’ll have the option to continue monthly maintenance sessions.
Many of my clients love having continued support through different seasons of life.
6. Can I work with you if I’m not local to Milwaukee?
Yes! I work with clients virtually all over the country.
Everything can be done via Zoom and text. In-person sessions like pantry overhauls and yoga are in person bonuses for local clients, and can be implemented via zoom for long distance clients.
