
Hi! I’m Bri, a Certified Nutrition Coach and Yoga Teacher. I used to be addicted to sugar, depressed and lost about my purpose in life. Finally fed up with how I looked and felt, I made a promise to myself to change my life and I lost 52 pounds and have kept it off for over 15 years!!!
Now I help busy moms ditch overwhelm and master their weight loss mindset in just 30 days; helping them regain confidence, energy, and control over their health!
With my NASM Nutrition Certification (National Association of Sports Medicine) and Yoga Teaching background (Yoga Alliance 200Hr) I combine mindfulness, movement, and sustainable nutrition to make healthy living approachable and inspiring.
Each session is tailored to your audience, whether it’s a corporate team, community group, or a private one on one. My goal is always the same: to leave participants not only motivated but also equipped with realistic tools they can put into action right away. I also specialize in Trauma informed yoga, restorative yoga, hatha yoga, as well as meditation and breath work.
When I'm not helping busy moms, I'm hanging out in nature with my husband and kids, binging a Netflix show with my cats, practicing Original Hot Yoga and working on new art projects.

My coaching blends deep love of self with no-nonsense accountability, creating a safe space for women to reclaim their health, their confidence, and their true selves. Together, we focus on lasting habits, natural solutions, and a mindset that will serve you for life.
From battling depression and anxiety to reclaiming my joy, my passion is empowering women to love themselves deeply through mindset coaching and nourishing food, with a mission to bring awareness to mental health and it's correlation with nutrition.
I first gravitated to yoga looking for relief from my chronic back pain I’ve had since I was a child. Nothing else seemed to work until I tried yoga. In 2013, I decided to dive into my 200-hour teacher training at Sonic Yoga in New York City.
While I was building my personal yoga practice, I was able to gain body confidence, relieve my chronic back pain, stretch and strengthen my muscles, and gain a healthy lifestyle.
In 2018, I became a certified health and wellness coach. I absolutely fell in love with helping to motivate my clients to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
My mission is to inspire 1 MILLION WOMEN who are overworked and tired find confidence in themselves and love their bodies.
My current programs include 1-on-1 nutrition coaching, group coaching, in person and zoom yoga classes, yoga parties (private yoga with healthy food), and local yoga, art and nutrition programs.
WHAT I'VE LEARNED ON MY HEALTH AND FITNESS JOURNEY:
Water is a non-negotiable. Even the disks in your spine need water!
Movement is necessary. Choose a form of exercise you love and do it often!
We are never alone! When going through any transformation in life, friends and family are the cornerstone of good emotional health. Find your tribe!
Ask for help when you need it. My method works when you open to the possibilities of your weight loss goals being obtainable and within reach! I'm here when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
